Micro Quality Calibration (MQC) is an A2LA accredited metrology services laboratory for the calibration of accelerometers and sensors for both vibration and high g shock. MQC owns and operates a Modal Shop TM 9155 Accelerometer Calibration Station with the associated Precision Air Bearing Calibration Option 9155D/830/831, the High g Shock Option 9155D-525, and the Low-Frequency Calibration Option 9155D-771/779. This turnkey calibration system allows MQC to perform accelerometer and sensor calibrations that meet and fulfill all the requirements of ISO 16063 Parts 11-21-22. MQC’s current ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation Calibration Measurement Capability (CMC) allows us to calibrate acceleration vibration/frequency response from 0.5Hz to 15,000 Khz, pressure from 0 PSI to 15,000 PSI, and shock from 0 to 10,000 g. At the request of our aerospace and automotive clients, MQC will be adding acoustic (microphone) calibration capability to our service offering.
